All SNSFs are required to meet the government-wide procurement deadline requirements for the public procurement management system and the universal identifier requirements set out in 2 C.F.R. Part 25, Appendix A, the full text of which is included here in the terms of your price. All SNSFs must meet the requirements of 31 U.S.C. § 3729-3733 which prohibit the filing of false or fraudulent payment entitlements to the federal government. See 31 U.S.C§ 3801-3812, which lists administrative remedies for allegations and misrepresentations. All FNIl must meet the requirements of Titles I, II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which prohibits NFs from discriminating on the basis of interference with the operation of public institutions, public and private transportation systems, public shelters and certain testing facilities. (42 U.S.C § 12101-12213). Pursuant to Section 6 of the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990, 15 U.S.C§ 2225 bis, all NFs must ensure that all conferences, meetings, conventions, or training rooms funded in whole or in part by federal funds comply with the 1974 Fire Safety and Fire Control Guidelines of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act, as amended, 15 U.S.C§ 2225. . 3.
Before providing assistance or material resources to a natural or legal person, the NFO shall take into account all information relating to that natural or legal person of which it is aware or which is publicly available. 4. The NFO will put in place appropriate monitoring and surveillance procedures to protect against the redirection of aid in support of terrorist activities. (c) For the purposes of certification: (1) `material assistance and resources` means monetary or monetary instruments or financial securities, financial services, accommodation, training, specialist advice or assistance, safes, mis documentation or identification, communication equipment, equipment, weapons, lethal substances, explosives, personnel, transport and other physical goods, with the exception of medicinal products or religious matters. . . .
