After reviewing an offer, you can invest in the issuer by clicking on the corresponding button and you will be asked to indicate how much you want to invest. Part of the purpose of this agreement is to comply with the legal obligations imposed on us under applicable legislation and the terms of the crowdinvesting registration approved by the SC, and to inform you of various processes related to the investment via the platform. If and to the extent that you make an investment via the platform, you are our client and we treat you as our client for all purposes related to the investment in question. Subject to the investment limit, you can invest several times in the same company if you wish. To do this, you need to repeat the process described above. Offers are presented on the platform so you can make your investment decisions and not for other purposes. You cannot use it under any circumstances: the information and conditions of this agreement are not exhaustive and there are other sources of information about these processes, which can be found in other documents on the platform. In particular, the use of the platform is considered to be consistent with platform agreements. The terms of this agreement prevail over the terms and conditions of any agreement you have reached prior to this agreement (including platform agreements that may change from time to time). You can click through each deal table to see additional information about the issuers we call “Deal Details.” All offers (including a deal table and deal details) on the platform are created by the platform based on source documents and disclosures provided by the respective issuer. After the close of the office, all investment funds in the esciating account are released to the issuer after receiving written confirmation from the ECF operator, in accordance with the terms of the deposit agreement. If we prove that your death is satisfactory to us, we will resist your membership in accordance with paragraph 11.2 (rescission by us). If you still invest at that time via the platform, we will treat it as stipulated in the corresponding constitution of each r number.
If you become an investor, you can consult the issuers available for investments after listing on the platform. First, you see summary information about issuers currently looking for capital on the platform, and we call that information “Deal Table.” Our acceptance of an offer as described in paragraph 7.3 does not mean that we advise you to invest in the issuer, that we believe that the issuer is likely to succeed or that we will assume any responsibility, or that we will be responsible in any way if the issuer does not succeed.
